Helmets are handy! We have found an increasing number of students not wearing their helmets when they scoot or ride to and from school. We please ask you to remind your children to wear their helmets when they are on their way to and from school each day to ensure their safety. The Road Safety Commission states that helmets must be worn whenever a bike is ridden on public property. Police have the authority to hand out $50.00 fines to anyone who does not wear a helmet whilst riding their bicycle in Western Australia. Let’s keep our kids safe!
