We ask that enrolment forms are filled out online at https://harrisdaleps.wa.edu.au/helpful-links/downloads/download-category/enrolling/ and not in person. This form can then be emailed to [email protected] along with images of the required documents.
Please note that we also have a maximum of 2 people in the office at any one time rule, therefore only one parent/carer if required should attend the office. We request that any queries are made through giving us a call or via our contact forms on our website instead of coming into the office. We thank you for your assistance with this!
